snapped belt ? remove top lid to inspect should be visable arround the drum , also there is a reset button in the middle of the drum at the rear (grey rubber) have you tried pressing that ?
also i have a issue with the same model and if you have time could you help me ? i have forgotton the wire sequence on the hi/low and power switch one red one black three purple/white have a look for me which goes where ?
