We cannot make calls out from the handset and cannot retrieve what looks to be a message? There was an image of a little man flashing with a question mark at the side, when this was on we couldn't make calls out or get calls in. We have managed to turn this off now and can get calls in but cant make calls out and wonder if its because we have to retrieve the message first as its like engaged?
