how can I loosen rusty screws that hold toilet pan to floor?

Hi, I want to lay a sub floor of ply in my bathroom, However, I am unable to unscrew the rusty screws which holds the pan to the wooden floor. Is there any technique or tips to do this without damageing the pan?

Many thanks

Cut through screws under the toilet pan with padsaw/hacksaw blade.

This may help!. Carefully drill the head of the screws off, so that the pan can be lifted off them, you will then be able to remove the screws with a grip wrench. When you replace the pan, coat the screws with copper grease or vasaline, this will prevent them from rusting.
