how to remove rear light cluster on a 2003 ford fiesta?

I have undone the two Philips screws and the wing nut, but the top part of the cover does not come free. What is holding it on, and is it just a case of pulling harder?

pretty much - yes - there are just the two philips screws and the wing nut accessible from the boot - that's all that is holding it - you might need to push the cluster upwards
