how can I set my oven to work properly,it a hygena classic model?

i discover that each time i tried to ignite my oven or grill it will only blow out cool air, i tried to reset it but still it not working.IT JUST BEEN INSTALL ABOUT 6 MONTH AGO.

under metal cover on top of grill is what i think is a thermocouple with a red switch on press this, it works for us
