Hello

I have troubles with the remote control of sprinter 311 cdi 2001. I am trying to program the remote but it doesn't work.
i have the MB Star diagnosis software but i could find anything on programing or resetting remote controls.
The problem: when i use the key the engine starts but the locking/unlocking mechanism doesn't function. Please could someone help me
