Can a 20 year old freezer be regassed?

Carlton upright freezer, model 200L TNV, about 20 years old gradually lost freezing capacity. Presume needs regassing. Is this the likely cause and if so can it be regassed or will it contain CFCs and therefore not be possible?

Most people will not regas a 20yr old appliance.could be a gas issue or a poor pumping compressor.My honest opinion would be to spend your money on a replacement.
