How can I fix my Bosch WFF 1401 ?

My Bosch WFF 1401 blew the fuse on the plug. I have replaced the fuse but now find that the motor will not run although the pump runs and I can hear the timer/programmer doing its thing.
Is there a cut out switch to reset somewhere on the machine ? - I can't find one. Alternatively I suspect the motor brushes, if so is changing them a DIY job ?

my washers wont empty after washing, I have tried cleaning out the front sump it.
If I keep putting it on and off, eventually it will empty, but I'm spending more time trying to get it to empty than it takes to wash

Changing the brushes is easy but i have the same problem as you and wasted £15.00 I'm still trying to find out the cost of a pannel as it's hard to replace resistors with out burning the pannel.

Hello,
Mine has the same symptoms and I notice that a row of resistors on the control panel appears to have burnt out. I don't know how much of a job is involved in relacing it
