Hi i have a vectra 2.2 LS DTI,2001.
When it is at normal temp and i try to rev or keep revs on it surges up and down ive tryed to drive it but its imposible ticking over ok,but when i turn it off then try to start it the management light comes on then flickers of then back on and it wont start at all until ive left it for an hour or so.I have replaced the crankshaft sensor and the temp management sensor.
Please can anyone help..

my vectra b wont rev past 3500 gaive it a service and took the exsuaset off and still wont rev up past 3500 changed all the sencers to

Hi Tickler, It may be worth having the ECU cleared of any past faults and then try again, its possible youve had some repairs done and theyve not reset the ecu so the management system still thinks theres a problem there and is hunting around for a clear pathway, hope this helps, youve replaced the parts which may have caused the problem initially.
