De Dietrich Fault n-0 on Oven Model UMP602E1?

Suddenly the oven has displayed a code n-0 in the display panel below the time and it won't work at all. The electronic panel is completely inactive apart from the timer, which still functions.
Can anyone give me some pointers as to the problem and how to fix it?

Your oven has been put into childproof mode. To remove, press and hold the Start/Stop button for 5 seconds.
