Bosch Dryer. Scratching sound when drum turns?

The dryer makes a scratching sound continuosly as the drum turns either manually or during operation.

My indesit dryer is making the same sound but i've noticed it only seems to be when the dryer heats up after 20 mins just tried to turn mine on just now and its not making the scratching sound but will do after 20 minutes or so am worried whether its still safe to use or not as i have two small children the element was just changed two weeks ago as that went on me scince then its been doing that scratching sound.

what kind of scratching sound does it make? because my dryer is making a really loud scratching sound and i can't use it. what could it be?

This is because of the temperature sensor being in constant contact with drum, i asked the same question when i had an engineer come out to investigate the same sound with our bosch dryer and he said its to do with the design and quite normal. its the only way the sensor can keep a check on the heat temperature in the drum.

check for a bra wire or bobby pins poking through the holes in the drum.
