My dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes at all. I've cleaned the filters and spray arms, however I've noticed that at the end of the cycle the dishes ( as well as being dirty ) are very wet and cold. I assume the water is not being heated up. Is there a simple fix before I call out an engineer ?

check the relay solder joints and tracking on the pcb around the heater relay area.if this is ok check the heater resistance.approx 29ohms
