My fone is not working at all now, it won't even switch on. I turn it on as normal but then the screen goes white. It is doing it every time, What shall i do
If it is within the warranty period (usually a year) take it back to where you bought it so they can reinstall the firmware.
It may need to be sent away to do this, and you may lose data from the handset.
