Remove deck bracket cover(tree short bolts come off). Pry old belt from bottom pulley right under engine area(use big screw driver or other tubular type tool to force it off the guide pins). Pry belt off the deck area using screw driver or similar tool. Install new belt using same process, start at engine pulley area. New belt packaging shows correct routing for reference. Finally install cover bracket. No belt adjustment needed, will seem too loose but it engages propelry during use.
