Check the backup battery as if that's low it takes it as a 'tamper' setting off the alarm.
My aunt has just had same problem and that's what engingeer came up with put in new battery alarm stopped. Of course this depends on the control panel readout. Check battery before deciding to replace. [Battery for hers £28 yours may be more or less]
