How can I stop flow of water from my overflow - worcester combi boiler?

I have a worcester 28i combi boiler and the overflow just started to spout out water like a tap. We have to turn off water mains to stop it from flowing. The pressure on the bar is at around 1. It used to sit around 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

at 3-0Bar the PRV will lift and the overflow will run, sounds like the boiler nees a good service, possibly a new PRV, and certainly the air charge in the expansion vessel should be checked
