My wireless card in my PC isnt working?

My D Link router is configured and set, however for some reason my computer isnt picking up any wireless networks, its a brand new computer and it worked 5 days ago, what up with it

Your computer needs a wireless card (network interface) of some sort - together with its associated driver software.

Navigate to Network connections - if you see a wireless icon right click on it and select View Avialable Wireless Networks - select your Router...

If you don't see a wireless icon something is missing from your machine.
