how can i make my gilera skp 50cc faster?

i have a gilera skp 50 i have a race belt contrast spring and 4.2 rollers is ther any thing alse i can do to make faster at top end speed without buying a bore out kit like 70cc and will a gear up kit help top end speed ?

Why no buy a bigger bike? If you must make it faster fit a new pipe, air filter and increase your jet size.
