hoover nextra optima?

my washing machine cuts out in the middle of the cycle then wont drain , will not complete cycle tried it lots of times,any ideas please help

Have the same problem with mine! Tried cleaning the filter and running a maintenance cycle? Also is the drain pipe clogged? Have tried it on mine but still no joy.
