my caravan roof is leaking around the skylight window have tried painting around with black bituman but with the hot spell of weather recently I think it may have cracked any idea what product to use for a permanant seal !!

If leaking around the edges then remove it.[not a hard job] clean off all the MUCK you put on and use window frame external white or clear mastic apply with gun but don't cut the nozzle apply in layers it ends up neater as when screwed back down you need to run the gun around the edge on the roof and thin lay ends up a neater job. Just done mine.
