THREADED GUIDE BOLT ON FRONT BRAKE ON VAUXHALL ASTRA?

I have just changed my front pads on my astra16 16v 1998. and the bottom bolt has stripped the thread on the bolt and on the housing. does anyone know if this can be repaired.
