Re Bosch SGS66A02GB/20 Water not entering?

On any program water does not enter. The water valve is OK as replaced but no change. Tried to get a circuit diagram but but E-Mail attachment could'nt find relevant diagram. Any suggestions please. John.

if the drain pump is running all the time check the sump it could be flooded pull one of the side covers of and check for water in the sump..
