Hi,

I have just had a gearbox fitted to my E220, the car will change gear tiptronically but not correctly in auto mode.

The ECU has been reprgramed for the gearbox (garage has been doing the work) but for some reason the vehicle will not change gear correctly in auto, only upto 3rd or stay in first. They are telling me that it is a ECU problem, but it is the gerabox one or engine one?

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

Its a E220 on a 52 plate.
