How do you get the BOSCH Classixx 1400 Express to work. There is no water coming through the pipes. it does a spin but there is no water coming through to wash the clothes. Why is it doing this?

turn off the water supply taps and remove pipes from back of washer, hold pipes and place ends over a empty bowl turn on the supply if water flows this confirms this part is o k, if not further investigation is needed the next part of the washer is the inlet valve if this don't open washer cannot fill


inlet cold water valve will need replacing
