How can I fix my Cannon Gas Cooker?

My Cannon Gas cooker main oven lights automatically, but doesn't fire up to Gas Mk 1, 2, 3,...9.
Evrything else works fine.
It's only 7 years old.
Does anyone know what's wrong with it, please?
