my fridge in my hoover,HFA270.fridge freezer keeps freezing up?

my fridge keeps freezing everything. tried turning it down to number 1 makes no difference.door seal is ok.it wont defrost itself either.everything at the back seems ok.drain pipe is clear.

I have been having this same problem with my Hoover Nextra fridge freezer. I've noticed that the seal at the bottom of the fridge door has a large split in it. This would be the first place I'd look before you call any one out.
