how to get a boss code?

hi i have a texecom veritas r8 alarm system i need to alter the part set suites but i have not got the engineer code 1234 or 4321 does not work i only have my user code but can't alter the settings can anyone help me.?

the only place you will get the code is the person that installed it and only that person
