I have a samsung 4616er register and it keeps coming up sp and wont do anything., How do i stop it doing this now and in the future

Hi.
This machine has been programmed for validation. It is waiting for a slip of paper to be inserted into the printer e.g a restaurant bill in order to print the amount on it.
You will need to turn off the validation in programing if you don't want it. we don't have this model, so you will need to look in your manual to find it.
