Where can I buy replacement parts for a ATIVA DX180D? In particular, I either want to buy a whole new "shredder carriage" (or whatever it is called) or some replacement teeth and some of the plastic spacers that seperated the teeth.
I need a part too. I contacted Ativa and of course they are not helpful.
I only need the sprocket which attaches to the motor. Ativa used a cheap plastic for this piece and the teeth have have worn such that the motor can no longer engage the the shredding components.
