my peugeot elyseo will not start?

i have try new plug, new reulater and it will not start
it seem to be a carb problem their is no petral gettting to the plug from it . i have cleaned it out but still no petral their, i am getting a good blue spark at the plug so if you have an answer for me

my elyseo started fine drove for bout 2 miles turned it off and there was a stenge sound coming from engine then i tried to start with the electric start no joe but it started with the kick start i turned it off and all the electrics went dead please help thanks and to top it off had to push the bike 4 miles home lol

I had same problem and had to change the electronic circuitboard.

i have the same problem part from wat i do is put my hand cross the carb for 2 seconds whilest try to start it and that woks fo me the bike start fine after the first sart lol

that is ok i have checked it it is leting fuel to carb just not going though carb has should, chould it be the cdi not letting it through

When you had the carb off, did fuel flow from the petrol tank to it? Some scooters (although I've no idea about yours) have a vacuum operated fuel tap that only allows fuel to flow when the engine is running. There is a rubber pipe that provides this vacuum, and its connected to the engine somewhere at the bottom of the cylinder barrel area. Maybe its come off?
