I bought this 2nd hand machine of a friend, and it seemed to work ok for the first couple of washes. then noticed soap block not disolved, and on closer inspection, overriding door lock neither washer arms are rotating.

can anyone give me any clues at all. it fills with water but seems to lack the pressure to get them moving. water only trickles through.
