Re: Bosch WFF2001 not pumping?

I've got a 7 year old Bosch WFF2001. It goes through the first part of the cycle OK but when it moves on to rinse cycle, everything stops and I hear a low buzzing noise. Then the spin/pump light comes on. I can't get the water to drain (even if I put it on program 7 for pump only) and I would guess that the pump may be broken. Should I get a new pump or is there anything else it might be that I can try?
Thanks for all your help

Hi Dismantle the soap dispensing unit and give it a good clean out. The fabric softener and soappowder bungs up the holes. Give it a good clean and try and blow it out with compressed air if possible. Your local garage can help with this if need be. I did mine and it works great now except I messed up the three pipes going to the fill solenoid valves so if you could let me know the order they go in, I can get it picking up from the correct pre-wash compartment. There are 3 connectors on the solenoids. Yellow, white and green from left to right and I think I have messed up the 3 pipes. How is yours connected? All the best, Tom Harvey
