Do I need a new wheel bearing on my astra?

I have play in my front wheel, I have tried a torque wrench with a setting of 120 lbs ft and cant get rid of all the play, does that mean that I need to fit a new wheel bearing please? thanks

Yes, it does...I reckon it will be quite noisy when cornering, too!
