Packing Crease removal? ?

My daughter is attending a wedding and has taken delivery of a costly dress which she ordered online.
Whilst the dress is a perfect fit, there is two horizontal fold creases, which, despite two careful ironing sessions, has failed to remove completly.
Anyone with any ideas?

Vinegar!

Take some white/clear vinegar (about 1 teaspoon) and mix it with a small cup of water.

Next take a piece of fabric, cotton is best, maybe a clean bed sheet if you have any and place this over the crease, next spray the solution onto the cotton sheet making sure that the area underneath the sheet where the crease is is covered, and then iron (with no steam), the creased area.

The vinegar will remove any sign of the packing crease and the sheet will protect the expensive garment from water damage.

Make sure your iron is not to hot as to scald and burn the fabric, check the label first.

Take it to the cleaners and ask if they can guarantee removal?
