I WISH TO LUBRICATE THE VALVE BLADE AS THE HANDLE/OPENER IS GETTING VERY DIFFICULT TO OPERATE. I HAVE REMOVED THE TWO SCREWS AT THE TOP OF THE TANK BUT STILL NOT ABLE TO GET THE VALVE PLATE OFF THE TANK. CAN ANYBODY OFFER ANY SUGGESTIONS.
