hi 02 plate 75e17 tecta is their any quick way to remove heater motor?

simple answer is NO.
you have to remove the lower dash panels then
1st remove the heater resistor at the side
2nd remove all the screw and the clips.
3rd remove the full heater panel
this will give you access to the heater.
