my webcam says cyberlink when i put my webcam on why dose it do that ?

reinstall drivers and finally a destructive recovery of the machine with a new update of drivers (the same ones as forst time) they loan finally admitted to me that they were unable to solve the problem at present.

Starting pieces of hardware often kicks off programs that are needed to support it or are programs useful to have with it. If you don't want Cyberlink just install it but you may find that is is supporting some of your camera's functions and you will lose them if you do.

I suggest a quick read of the documentation that came with the camera.
