Changing telephonenumber for alarm warning?

I want to change the telephonenumber my Scantronics 9800 alarm calls if an alarm is released. I have heard that I also can chain phonenumbers so that the call goes to next number if the first one is not answered.

The 9800 does not call any phone numbers.

1) The 9800 has a 'plug-on' Digital Communicator that calls an alarm company's Central Station - nothing you can do can change the programming for that advise.

or

2) The 9800 has a 'plug-on' relay interface that allows 3rd party devices to be connected.

For 1) you need your alarm company to advise you

For 2) as above or tell us what sort of equipment is fitted that dials, who?
