RANGEMASTRER 110 TIMER FAULTY?

The timer on our Rangemaster 110 started flashing on Auto only and we were unable to reset. This meant the oven wouldn't lite.
Unexplicably after 10 minutes we pressed the reset button and things were back to normal.Is the timer faulty and likely to do this again?
