how to fix my brother knitting machine?

i have a kr 850 plain knitting carrage sticks mon return how to solve problem have replaced sponge bar and oiled could it be tention not used machines for knitting before carrage very stiff.

Could be that the little brush wheels under the carriage are jammed with fluff/yarn. Take them out, clear anything that is underneath them, then put a drop of oil on the black plastic and replace. Also, check that the carriage has not been bent out of shape and is rubbing against the pegs on the machine. It is possible to pull it back into shape, but do this very carefully.
