megane juddering when pull off?

hi can anyone help i have a renault megane coupe and when i drive away it judders terrible its 2000 xreg petrol any help please

Culprit 1: Loose engine mounting Brackets or worn mounting bushes. common fault
Culprit 2: Loose front suspension or worn tie rod bushes. not so common
Culprit 3: Clutch pressure plate fault
Culprit 4: Clutch plate badly worn or part contaminated with oil
