how can i fix a citreon xantia electric windows?

i have a citreon xantia estate,, with electric front windows, the passenger doesnt open at all, and the drivers side will only open when the door is fully open. have tested with a circuit tester, and power is getting to all parts...but still nothing.. can anyone help me please

im having the same problem trying to find the answer my self ive been told there must be a split in the loom somewhere

If it works with the door fully open it would tend to indicate a break/problem in the wiring in flexible section between the door and the door frame
