citreon berlingo van brake lights stay on when driving?

brake lights come on with igniton and stay on ,recently had new rear door fitted and lens checked fitting seems okay

under your foot brake there is a switch may need adjusting so it's just under the connection point to your brake peddle if it touching brake pedal this may cause brake lights to stay on.
