HOTPOINT fridge leaking water how do i fix it ?

freezer has water running from it ., down inside fridge and out on the floor(frontside) or is constantly freezing in thick 3/4"+ layers in the freezer .
there is no visible drain tube in the back to check if it's plugged seems to be defrosting & freezing all the time
