How can I fix my Zanussi ZSF6150S dishwasher?

My dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes properly and every programme setting seems to be using cold water. The dishes are covered in water and are stone cold when I open the machine at the end of a cycle. Some items of each wash are also still dirty.How can I fix this?
