not enough water in Bosch WFB2005?

Simple….Bosch WFB 2005 washing machine is not filling enough water and we have to put some water manually what can be the problem. I think is the valve but not sure. Is anybody know how many V is the valve 240V or less. I tried to find a genuine valve without any luck

Thanks

Today's modern machines use far LESS WATER than their old previous models all to do with economy and environment issues I'm afraid, the days of water halfway up the port hole have gone.
just a thought! check the pressure chamber hole is not blocked, the plastic pipe is attached to the pressure switch under the lid follow this plastic pipe down to the pressure chamber, remove pipe check if hole is blocked clean out if need be. reassemble and try
