Hi Colin,
Jack up the car and support on axle stands for safety! remove road wheels, undo pinch bolt at the bottom of the suspension hub (might need a ball joint splitter of the fork type to seperate) undo the two nuts & bolts at the engine end of the wishbone, remove the wishbone, refitting is the reverse, tighten the nut & bolts to 50Nm + 90degrees and the pinch bolt to 51Nm
