left hand wheel is locked on my bailey majestic?

i jacked my van up,went to spin the wheel and it had slight movement but did't go round.i put the brake on and it didn't move at all,could this be a wheel bearing problem?

It could be, in which case the bearing will be absolutely shot, but more likely it will be the brake shoes and adjusters needing some TLC. If you can back the adjuster off you should be able to remove the brake drum without too much trouble.
