How to check/top up gearbox oil on 05 plate Audi A4 automatic?

Hi,
Need to find out how to check the gearbox oil level. The car has the multitronic auto gearbox. And if needed , how can i top this oil up?

these are a drain and refill type box see your owners manual it should be approx 3ltrs of vw atf
