Kenmore whispertone 12.0 doesn't respond when detached from floor unit?
I have a kenmore whispertone 12.0 that only partially works (vacuums) when I am using the floor unit. The brush does not turn.
When I take the hose off from the floor unit, it stops working.
Anyone know what may be happening?
